The Hotel was awarded a 3 Star Grading in September 2006 by the Welsh Tourist Board which commended the thorough refurbishment work that had taken place, including the opening of the brand new Delfryn Restaurant.

The Hotel is easily accessible on the main A55 Expressway, 3 miles from the country towns of Mold, Holywell, and Flint and only 15 minutes from the beautiful Roman city of Chester to the East and 20 minutes from the Welsh coast to the West. Inland the Snowdonia Mountain Range is 45 minutes drive.

The Springfield Hotel was originally a Country Manor House built around 1800 A.D.. It has been tastefully converted and modernised and is now one of the area’s most renowned Hotels.
