Leander Lodge stands on the shores of Killyfole Lough. Located in the beautiful and unspoiled countryside of County Fermanagh, the accommodation boasts spectacular views across the Lough.

Killyfole Lough Bird Hide All rooms are en-suite with TV and Tea & Coffee facilities. Our ground floor bedroom is well suited to cater for disabled clients.
We are convenient to Magheraveely, Clones, Rosslea, Donagh, Lisnaskea, Newtownbutler and Crom Estate.

Also on site we have a one bedroom self catering apartment, which is on the 1st floor over the garage. It has a decked veranda overlooking the Lough. (see Photos) The apartment has a bed settee and would be suitable for a family of four.

With fishing stands and a path around the Lough, right on the doorstep, Killyfole is very popular with anglers. There are also many more activities to enjoy in the local area such as long country walks, golfing, horse riding, nature walks, cycle routes (See the KingFisher Trail), canoeing/kayaking. There is also a connection to the nearby Children’s Field Study Park adjacent to Aghadrumsee Primary school.

The Kingfisher Cycle Trail was the first long distance cycle trail in Ireland and follows minor country roads through the border counties of Fermanagh, Leitrim, Cavan, Donegal and Monaghan. The trail travels through territory that is dotted with rivers and lakes. Attractions include the Lough Scur Dolmen, Castle Coole and the Marble Arch caves.

This unique mixture of Lakelands, canal side tracks, rolling hills, leafy laneways and mountain climbs make the Kingfisher Trail the ideal choice for all levels of Cyclist. The overall figure of 8 encompasses a number of shorter trails which are designed for anything for 1 day to 8 day tours. The Kingfisher Cycle Trail is over 300 miles of public roadway winding through rural countryside, Lakelands, Atlantic Coast and Mountain Trail.
