Luxurious boutique style Bed and Breakfast/Holiday Rental Property, situated on the edge of Brechfa Forest in the beautiful, yet largely undiscovered, Gwili valley. Accredited 5 stars by Visit Wales and recently awarded a Gold Award for 2010 putting us in the top 3% for accommodation in Wales.

The mansion has commanded the Gwili valley since 1694, the property remaining in the ownership of the Lloyd-Price family until the 1970’s. The estates once boasted approx. 30,000 acres as the ‘Gentleman’s Residence’ in the area.

Each of our three rooms has a distinct and unique ambience. A warm and cosy atmosphere has been lovingly created, with objects gathered from local artisans and quality suppliers in Wales to ensure that your stay with us is both comfortable and relaxing.

Soft, fluffy dressing gowns and slippers, flat screen televisions with DVD’s and seating areas for lounging. Tea and coffee making facilities, flasks of iced water and hair dryers are standard in our rooms.

Breakfast is served from 8am-9am during the week and 9am-10am at weekends. It includes a wide selection of Continental options, and hot breakfasts to order: traditional full Welsh or vegetarian. For evening meals, our information folder contains a selection of recommended pubs and restaurants in the area to suit all tastes. We are happy to advise and make bookings on your behalf.
