Plassey Golf Club Wrexham

We are a traditional 9 hole (4961 yard par 66) parkland golf club. Our mature setting, landscaping, trees and a number of natural water features combined with bunkers that provide a good variety of hazards to test the skills of golfers of all levels. The 50 acre golf course is set within 250 acres of beautiful and tranquil countryside adjoining the award winning Plassey Leisure Park at Eyton on the outskirts of Wrexham in North Wales.

The course was originally designed by Keith Williams coach to Ian Woosnam and is affiliated to both the Denbighshire and Welsh Golfing Unions. Over the past 20 years the course has matured nicely and is in excellent condition. Our facilities include a modern clubhouse with bar and restaurant, changing rooms, putting green, driving range, practice nets and an additional 9 hole pitch and putt course.

Over the last 12 months the Golf Course has undergone a major investment by the owner Mr John Brookshaw and several new features have been added to further enhance this popular and highly desirable course. In addition, the Clubhouse has also been fully refurbished and now offers an excellent menu of home cooked food and refreshments for you to enjoy in our relaxing atmosphere in either the bar, conservatory, restaurant or outside patio area.
