Burnham-on-Crouch Golf Club Essex

Nestling in the Crouch Valley lies Burnham-on-Crouch Golf Club, a friendly and relaxed members club where new members, societies and visitors are always assured a warm welcome.

Founded in 1923 and now with over 500 members, the course is renowned for its all year round condition and stunning views over the Crouch Estuary and South Essex Countryside.

Our 18 hole, par 70 (par 72 for Ladies) course is set amidst 120 acres of open countryside with panoramic views of the River Crouch and South Essex Countryside from all parts of the course. Although a parkland course, its proximity to the river gives some holes a ‘links’ feel, and offers a challenge to players of all abilities.

Our greens are in top condition throughout the year. The superb drainage system installed a few years ago makes play possible for 52 weeks of the year. With our small membership, the course is generally uncrowded and there is no need to book tee times but it is always better to check with the Pro Shop regarding tee closures and competitions.
