Holcombe Guest House Lincolnshire

Holcombe Guest House was named after Holcombe Hill in Bury, Lancashire, where the proprietor Angela comes from.

Having started in 1991 we have grown from one room to thirty. This is due to the high standards in the quality of the rooms and service provided at a very reasonable price.

We are situated near the M180, within a short distance of Scunthorpe and Grimsby,

We cater for the individual to large groups. There are many companies who use us regularly knowing that their clients are going to be well looked after. 

The rooms vary from singles to family en-suites (Doubles or Singles)

All rooms have:

• Hot drink making facilities with a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate with biscuits.
• Full heating with thermostatic controls.
• Washbasins
• LCD TV with digital reception enabling over 30 channels to be viewed as well as radio channels
• Alarm clock
• FREE broadband internet access (with your own laptop)

En-suite Rooms

These rooms also have a shower and some rooms have a bath.

We can also arrange for a cot or a camp bed if extra space is needed for a baby or child, in some bedrooms.
