The course, opened in 1920, boasts lush fairways surrounded by woodland, well-drained soil and subtly undulating greens ensuring you will play a round to remember. Individual challenging holes gently wind through the ancient woods dating back to the 13th Century. As you play the final hole of the 6512-yard course, the magnificence of the Palladian Thorndon Hall, site of the old clubhouse, comes into view.
