Sutherlands Guest House offers our guests a luxury accommodation and dining experience in the Highland village of Kingussie, in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park and just a mile from Kingussie Golf Club.

Furnished to the highest standards, Sutherlands offers four en-suite bedrooms, three of which have separate sitting and dressing rooms.

When relaxing our guests can choose from either the formal lounge or television lounge, both of which have bright south east facing large windows overlooking Kingussie, Historic Ruthven Barracks, Strathspey and the Cairngorms.

In addition to a hearty Highland breakfast, Sutherlands also offers a first class evening dining experience with a carefully selected menu offering a mouthwatering choice of dishes from local suppliers.

In addition to the luxurious accommodation at Sutherlands, we offer a first class culinary experience. Your host Raymond is a classically trained chef having worked in 5 star hotels in London and Canada.

For those who like to golf, you have come to the right place!

There is a great choice of golfing options available, with the closest courses being Kingussie and Newtonmore, yet within a short driving distance you will find a selection of truly amazing courses such as Boat of Garten, Grantown-on-Spey, Spey Valley, and Carrbridge.

Further afield you have Castle Stuart, former home of the Scottish Open, and the world renowned Royal Dornoch (approx 2 hours) which has been consistently voted as one of the top courses in the world.

We do recommend advanced tee booking prior to your arrival and as such it might be a good idea to make direct contact with your chosen venue once your booking with us is confirmed.
