Pier12 apartments are located on beautiful Elms Avenue, Eastbourne. The apartments occupy two beautifully converted Victorian townhouses 150 metres from the iconic Eastbourne Pier. 

Perfectly situated for Royal Eastbourne Golf Club and Eastbourne Downs Golf Club which are both a short drive from the apartments.

Stylish apartments with comfortable beds, the convenience of a place to cook, speedy wi-fi and somewhere to put your feet up when the sea air makes you sleepy.

Our apartments are family-friendly and to make packing that little bit easier, we supply children’s cups, crockery and cutlery, along with a cot and high chair free-of-charge.

Our Kitchenettes feature a 2-ring electric ceramic hob, fridge and microwave, and are supplied with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bottle opener, corkscrew, tin opener, scissors and a few supplies to get you started. 

High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

If you wish to bring your bike with you to explore the Sussex Coast and surrounding area we have an apartment with a courtyard where you can store your bike securely to our bike rail after a day exploring.

We operate a strict non-smoking policy in all rooms, courtyards and terraces.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. 

Pier12 apartments have 24-hour access for the convenience of our guests. We operate a keyless-entry system and supply you with access codes to enter the building and your apartment for the duration of your stay. Between the hours of 10pm-7am we ask that you keep noise to a minimum and are respectful of other guests and our neighbours.
