Beautifully presented with a contemporary layout and many bespoke features, it has stunning landscaped gardens and mesmerising views over the Caledonian Canal.

As well as a chic contemporary design, Inverness House B&B offers a hot tub, balconied bedrooms, a games room and on-site parking for several vehicles. 

All of the ensuite rooms in our Bed and Breakfast Guesthouse are oriented towards the Caledonian Canal – each with a private terrace with outside seating where you can watch the sails go by. 

Inverness House has three elegant, individually designed and furnished rooms located within the guesthouse, as well as a games room located in the gardens of the property. All guesthouse rooms are decorated and finished to a high standard with attention to detail, comfort and relaxation. All superking size beds are extremely comfortable and available as twins, upon request. We use high quality Egyptian cotton sheets, feather pillows and duvets topped with luxurious throws in all bedrooms.
