A warm welcome awaits you from Iain and Rosanne at Leanach Farm. The B&B is a modern, luxurious farm house with a good range of facilities, and has a 4 star grading from Visit Scotland for the outstanding quality of accommodation and services.

We have six golf courses within fifteen miles of Leanach Farm making us the ideal place to stay on your golf break.

Leanach Farm is situated just half a mile from Culloden Battlefield and the Clava Cairns offering luxurious accommodation in a beautiful setting. All rooms are en-suite with free Wifi. Wood burning stove is lit in lounge on cooler evenings.

Leanach Farm Cottage is a cosy newly renovated well equipped 2 bedroomed cottage.

The ground floor bedroom is spacious and inviting with large super-king bed. The upstairs double bedroom is a spacious attic bedroom with low ceiling and sloping walls. The attic bedroom is accessed by a steep but quaint staircase, which adds to the charm of the cottage. The bathroom, kitchen, dining room and sitting room with wood burning stove all downstairs. There is electric heating throughout. Both bedrooms and sitting room have Smart TV’s. Both bedrooms have super-king beds which can be divided into singles if preferred.

The cottage backs onto the end of the farmyard with the front of the cottage and the south facing garden having beautiful open views of the surrounding countryside. There is a barbecue/firepit available. Logs/charcoal are provided for stove and barbecue for 1st night and further supplies can be purchased from Iain and Rosanne. Fishing permits can be bought for £20.00 a day for the Leanach stretch of the River Nairn.
