City of Newcastle Golf Club Tyne and Wear

Here at the City we welcome visitors and, within our website, endeavour to provide up to date information allowing you to plan your visit and enhance your golfing experiences.

Club development over the past few years has seen impressive improvements, including a beautifully presented course proving a challenge for members and visitors alike. The clubhouse offers excellent bar, lounge and restaurant facilities that can be enjoyed with a panoramic view of the first and 18th holes. We will also be celebrating 100 years at our present site here at the Three Mile Bridge, Gosforth in 2007.

Only 10 minutes drive from Newcastle city centre or Newcastle airport and about a mile from the A1 Western bypass, the club is easily accessible from all directions.
