Lindrick is listed in the England’s Top 100 golf courses and yet provides an excellent test for golfers of all standards.
With fast and firm greens, strategic bunkering and gorse-lined fairways, Lindrick is a course you will have to play extremely well to conquer but you will never tire of trying. A major strength of the course is the winter playing conditions which are outstanding, with only the most severe frost or snow known to suspend play.
Recent investments to the facilities have seen a driving range and a custom designed short game practice area located alongside the first tee.
In 2016 the changing facilities were modernised while outside the course experienced a significant redesign with the addition of new blue tees and changes on the fairway bunkering and green side bunkers on a combined total of eleven holes, all the work being designed and directed by award winning course architect Ken Moodie (Creative Golf Design).
Lindrick is one of only a handful of courses in Yorkshire to be consistently ranked in the England’s top 100 courses and the 18th, a 210-yard par 3, is featured in the World’s 500 Greatest Golf Holes.
