The Tannochbrae is newly renovated giving the experience of a period residence with all the luxury of modern living and the opportunity to book the entire home for private use.
• The Ferguson lounge is accessed from the Entrance hall. This has plenty of comfortable seating to relax in after an adventure-filled day, with a Smart TV & delight of a real wood burner fire.
• The Dining room is accessed from entrance foyer, a large dining table
• A permanently mounted IPad in the lower hallway, giving access to all smart home elements
• Stunning social kitchen, with granite island, bar stools, wine chiller, boiling water tap, integrated fridge, dishwasher, gas range, double oven & grill with automated lighting & Smart TV.
• Walk-in Larder with microwave, toaster & large supply of crockery, a large freezer.
• Practical utility room, washing machine, tumble dryer. A perfect spot to hang up wet weather clothes, dry dogs & has convenience of a sink & cleaning supplies

• Bedroom 4 an ensuite with bath & shower over it. This bedroom can be a Super King or Twin.
• Bedroom 3 has a King size bed with beautiful lighting & Smart TV. Luxury ensuite bathroom with double vanity, free-standing bath & separate shower.

• Parking is readily available on street at front of property. There are no charges or permits required.

Dufftown in Moray Speyside is regularly referred to as the Malt Whisky Capital, a perfect base to explore the wealth of distilleries on the Whisky Trail. The Tannochbrae is an easy 1 mile walk to the world-famous Glenfiddich & The Balvenie Distilleries with visitor tours and many more locally to walk around.
Your Group can exclusively book its renowned Stables Whisky Snug bar with an additional Lounge room. We can arrange whisky Nosing experiences with a ‘Keeper of the Quaich’, whisky walking tours or taxis as required for your plans.
