Abingdon House is a Victorian Villa with beautifully decorated rooms, free, state of the art wi-fi and sought after on premises parking. We are a level stroll to the seafront, various restaurants and pubs, railway stations and the many attractions Torquay has to offer. The birthplace of Agatha Christie has something for everyone including museums, Heritage sites and stately homes, not to mention the Steam Railway, numerous boat trips and beautiful beaches along with stunning coastal walks.

We are perfectly situated close to Torquay Golf Club as well as five other stunning courses with varying degrees of difficulty, within 10 miles of Abingdon House. We are able to accommodate two 4-balls as our King rooms have the option to split beds into two comfortable singles. We also have various sets of golf clubs for hire (subject to availability) so enquire upon booking. Secure storage for your golf clubs is available on site.

Our rooms have luxury bedding, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, USB ports and magnifying mirrors. Fresh milk is supplied daily and there’s a biscuit treat to accompany your coffee or tea.
Our honesty bar is the perfect place to unwind while enjoying your favourite tipple and celebrating a good round on the golf course.

Our delicious breakfasts, prepared by your host, Billy, are fresh and wholesome. We use only the best locally sourced produce in our full English breakfast, Eggs Benedict , scrambled eggs and Smoked Salmon, pancakes and crispy bacon, along with various cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt. We also serve vegan and gluten-free options for our guests.
