Treloy Golf Club is a beautifully picturesque golf course situated just outside of the seaside resort town of Newquay, Cornwall. The course was designed by golf course designer Bob Sandow and opened in 1991, Its quality and reputation has grown ever since. Five minutes’ drive from Newquay on the A3059 Newquay to St. Columb Major road.

Treloy Golf Course is a spacious parkland golf course with tree-lined fairways in the beautiful Cornish countryside. The course was developed in 1991 and over time the tree-lined fairways have matured adding to the golfing challenge as well as to the overall beauty of the course.

We pride ourselves on maintaining the course to a very high standard so that it will appeal to the experienced golfer and novice alike. A major feature of the golf course is the quality of construction in the drainage of the greens and size of the tees meaning we never use temporary greens or tees.

The sculptured golf greens (that are built in the American style) have many deceptive contours to test your skills. The course is seeded with American penncross bent grass which gives a true and fast putting surface. Each golf green is guarded by contoured mounding and bunkers which makes them interesting and testing. The course is comprised of 5 par fours and 4 par threes and is 2,143 yards in length.

We are a friendly and welcoming golf club which wants to encourage golf for all. That is why we don’t require visitors to show a handicap certificates. All that we ask is that golfers dress appropriately for playing golf. Those who turn up in beach wear will not be allowed to play.

We look forward to welcoming you to our golf course.
