Since its establishment in 1976, Stackstown Golf club has grown into one of the most respected and attractive venues to play golf in Dublin, Ireland.

While Padraig Harrington is its most famous son, the ladies and gents of Stackstown have won honour in most national competitions including the major provincial competitions in Ireland. It was founded as a Golf Club for Ireland’s national police force, An Garda Siochana, and is now open to the public.

Visitors are always welcome to Stackstown and they could well be taken aback by the panoramic views of Dublin Bay which may distract them from the tough challenge that lies ahead on the recently re-developed 18 hole golf complex.

Padraig’s expertise in playing throughout the world has been brought to bear on this re-development and the result is a challenge to member and visitor alike.

A fully equipped pro-shop and a plentiful supply of buggies will provide the novice and experienced golfer with all that is needed to enjoy the day. Afterwards the social and hospitable atmosphere in the bar and restaurant will complete a wonderful day.
