Your home from home in Great Yarmouth, less than two miles from Great Yarmouth & Caister Golf Club.

Sunnydene is a family run guest house located close to the seafront where you will be sure of a warm welcome from your new hosts Natalie and Nick.

We offer bed and breakfast accommodation from as little as 2 nights to two weeks or longer and everything in between. Sunnydene has 11 en-suite guest rooms:
3 single rooms; 2 twin rooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible ; 4 double rooms; and 2 family rooms.

Our newly refurbished rooms come fully equipped with TV, tea/coffee making facilities, towels, bedding, hairdryer and ironing board. We also have a licensed residents-only bar lounge and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served between 8:30 am to 9:00 am (out of season)and 8:30 am to 9:30 am (summer season)

Sunnydene is ideally located for exploring Great Yarmouth, the Norfolk broads and its surrounding areas. It is just a four minute walk to the wonderful seafront and beach, and in less than 10 minutes you can be in the heart of Great Yarmouth itself.

With Britannia Pier to the north and Wellington Pier to the south, Central Beach stretches along the Golden Mile of seafront amusements, entertainment and attractions, and its many restaurants and cafés.

Further afield explore the seaside towns and villages of our beautiful windmill dotted coastline with over 15 miles of golden beaches to choose from. There’s something for everyone!
