Merrist Wood Golf Club Surrey

Golf Monthly has awarded us the silver prize in the 2005 HSBC regional course rankings. The club is located just outside Guildford in tranquil countryside, and is 10 minutes from the A3, convenient for London and the M25.

In just five years the Club has entertained many Golfing Societies and Corporate Golfing Events. Merrist Wood was chosen as the host venue to launch the Senior Professional Golf Tour in the UK. Our international visitors also enjoy the ancient traditions and etiquette of Golf upheld by the Club.

The course is laid out in nearly 250 acres, keeping the holes well spaced so that even on a busy day it can feel like you are out there on your own. Our high quality greens are constructed and maintained to USGA specification. The course designer, David Williams, has created a golf course that will reward golfers of all standards.
