Established in 1894, Cleethorpes Golf Club is one of the oldest clubs in Lincolnshire. The course, which was originally designed by Harry Vardon and redesigned in 1924 by Dr Alister McKenzie, still retains some of its original features.
Cleethorpes is a private club, but is always pleased to welcome visitors to play on our challenging and well presented mature coastal course either as individuals, or in organised groups as part of a society or company day.
The clubhouse awaits all visitors where a warm friendly welcome is guaranteed.
The friendly atmosphere extends out onto the course where there are no start sheets any day of the week and members come and play when they want to.
The addition of Meridian Point retail park on neighbouring land, the beach, the light coastal railway, Pleasure Island Theme Park and the recently built Premier Inn make Cleethorpes and the Golf Club a great day out for all the family.
