Forrest Little Golf Club Co Dublin
Forrest Little Golf Club is a mature parkland course situated within a 5-iron from Dublin Airport, and within easy reach of both the M1 and M50 Motorways. The Club moved to its present location, from Donabate, in 1971 and over the years has undergone major developments including the replacement of all greens with sand based ones and major course drainage implemented, which now facilitates year round play.
The gentle rolling terrain, narrow tree lined fairways and strategically positioned water hazards and bunkers provide a fair and stern test for golfers of all abilities. The Par 71 (SSS 71) course measures 6,200 yards from the forward tees and 6,500 from the Championship Tees. The Championship Course has an SSS of 72.
Individual and group bookings are very welcome. The course has hosted many Golfing Union of Ireland amateur tournaments and in addition has been used as a qualifying venue for the Irish Open in the 1980’s. In 2004 the club was voted in the top 100 courses in Ireland.
