Newbiggin Golf Club Northumberland

We extend a very warm welcome to all players and visitors coming to Newbiggin Golf Club.

The course itself is a very challenging 18 hole seaside links/moorland course. It presents an interesting array of tight fairways,blind holes and very true greens (some in double format) all presented in excellent condition. If the wind decides to join in then it can become even more interesting.

Newbiggin is the second oldest course in Northumberland and has provided competitive Golf for over 125 years 

Newbiggin Golf Club is laid out over moorland at the north side of the village and follows the coast line towards Lynemouth. It is a true links course with many challenging holes which require a good drive from the tee to set up par opportunities. We pride ourselves on the friendliness of both our Staff and members. They will certainly make you feel at home during your visit.

We very rarely use winter greens and have not done so for the last 2 years. We can boast that even in the depths of Winter, when nearby courses are closed due to inclement weather, Newbiggin is almost always open to provide exciting golf, good food and excellent company afterwards.
