Members have great pride in their course, a magnificent 18-hole parkland course well renowned for excellent presentation and playing ability. Ken Moodie and Ken Brown remodelled the course in 2010 making a challenging experience for all ability levels.
The meticulously managed course features back to back par 5s (9th and 10th holes) and par 3s (13th and 14th holes). The last three holes offer probably the most challenging finish of any course in the locality, culminating at the 18th with a tight dog-leg with a narrow drive between two copses of trees to the green. Even the legendary Gary Player commented on one of his visits, that it was the most difficult course that he knew on which to score well!
The Club has made a strong commitment to developing the quality of the wildlife habitat across the golf course.
Course: From the men’s tees the course measures: par 71, 6043 yards, from the ladies tees: 5515 yards with a Par of 72. The Club has a putting green, chipping green, practice hole, and a practice and teaching area.
