Our club was founded by Mr Ted Maplethorpe in 1990 when he turned 136 acres of his family held farm into what is now our course making it a challenging 6485 yards long. Course changes have occurred most years since take over culminating in impressive enhancements to holes three, four and five during 2005/6.

The club has sections for all categories and certainly boasts one of the strongest Senior and Rabbits sections in the county together with a constantly growing Ladies section.
