Thorne Golf Club South Yorkshire

Established and opened in 1980, Thorne is an exquisite Parkland Course set in the heart of South Yorkshire’s beautiful countryside, and only minutes from the M180.

Thorne boasts 3 elegant water featured holes as well as tight fairways that are watched over by nearly 6000 fully developed trees. The course is family owned by Mr & Mrs. Richard Highfield and the course is managed by their son Edward & the clubhouse by daughter-in-law Hannah. We welcome players of all ages and abilities. Our course has been designed with a variety of holes that are both easy for the beginner yet challenging for the most avid golfer.

We offer a variety of memberships for both Adults and Juniors. As well as lessons given by our resident professional, Edward Highfield.
