Claremont villas is a distinctive terrace of period homes which are superbly located off Adelaide Road. Beautifully situated the location is extremely private yet offers great accessibility to a host of excellent amenities including Glasthule village with its specialty shops, the seafront and of course the frequent local train service, two minutes walk away called the Dart. 

This superb Victorian home, built in 1876 with modern updates, has all the original features, beautiful ceiling plasterwork and fireplaces throughout the house. It is very close to the DART (2 minutes walk), buses and ferryport and public access (AERDART) to Dublin airport and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking out front.

Here you can relax after your long day. Maybe you were touring beautiful and scenic Co. Wicklow known as “The Garden of Ireland”, or taking a tour-bus round Dublin or walking the streets steeped in history with its many shops. For your enjoyment, this room has a tea and coffee trolley and television while you write your postcards home.

In the next room, a hearty full Irish breakfast awaits you, with every possible cereal to set you up for the day ahead. Breakfast is available 7.30a.m – 9.00a.m

Bedroom 2 Ensuite, is the same as bedroom 1.

Bedroom 3 Ensuite has a double bed and 2 single beds. There is a great view of the sea and the ensuite consists of a bath (tub), toilet, washbasin, bidet (with gold tap fittings) and a hairdryer.

Bedroom 4 Family Ensuite was originally the main bedroom in the house. It is a large room with a double bed and 2 single beds. The ensuite has a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.

Bedroom 5 Family is a large room (originally the drawing room) with lovely ceiling plasterwork and a marble fireplace. It has a double bed and 2 single beds with a washbasin. The shower and toilet are just down the hall.
