We are a privately owned country house hotel located in Somerset’s beautiful Quantock Hills, Britain’s first designated, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Our hotel offers a variety of guest accommodation to suit short breaks, romantic getaways and family get-togethers. Our chefs pride themselves in using great locally sourced and home-grown food and we welcome children, whilst having several rooms suitable for guests with four legged friends. Combe House offers a variety of individually styled en-suite bedrooms, from singles & twins through to doubles and family rooms. Each room type is available in either a Classic or the more generous Superior styles. Additionally we offer a beautiful Honeymoon Suite and our ‘Garden Apartment’ which is ideal for families or those requiring a degree of privacy and more space.

Great food is central to the Combe House Restaurant experience and we extend a warm welcome to everyone who comes to try the superb cuisine served daily in our light and airy modern restaurant. Our chefs use only the finest local produce from a selection of our local award-winning suppliers.

With succulent meats from Exmoor, the freshest of line caught fish from the south Devon Coast or Somerset’s finest marsh lamb and cheeses our menus always reflect the best ingredients available accompanied wherever possible by produce from our own mini market garden located within the hotel grounds.

Everything on offer is prepared on site, from fresh bread, to the scrumptious home made ice creams and sorbets used to compliment the mouth watering desserts.
