Established in 1642, Denvir’s is steeped in history and is the perfect setting for a relaxing break.

Offering old world charm in the heart of Downpatrick, Denvir’s has a long tradition of sheltering travellers and will endeavour to ensure that your meal or overnight stay will be a memorable one.

Denvir’s is the oldest surviving Coaching Inn in Ireland and is now a grade ‘A’ listed building. The building itself has been extensively and sympathetically renovated while retaining its original character. 

Denvir’s features six attractive, comfortable and beautifully restored bedrooms.

Each room is individually decorated and offers an exciting mix of old and new with wooden floors, striking wooden beds and fireplaces, while also offering all the modern facilities you would expect from a first class Bed and Breakfast.

Denvir’s prides itself on being extremely family friendly and can offer family rooms and travel cots for those with younger children. A traditional Irish breakfast is included in the price of your stay. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order and served from 8am until 11am.
