The restaurant at Forss House has a reputation as one of the finest in the North and is the only 2AA Rosette restaurant in Caithness. Chefs Paul, Ross and Robbie are lucky enough to have some of the finest produce to cook with, straight from the neighborouring estates and seas that surround us.
