Hayeswood Lodge b & b has undergone 2 years of renovation with sustainability as a priority. We have installed a ground source heat pump providing the hot water and under floor heating throughout. This, combined with a highly insulated structure, means that we have excellent eco credentials. 

We have 16 acres of land, an acre of which is gardens, most of which is available for guests to use. Seating areas overlooking the two large ponds provide the perfect spot to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Tables in the courtyard provide the opportunity to enjoy breakfast outdoors when the weather allows. There are numerous walks in the vicinity, with access to Morley Hayes Wood directly behind the house. 

With Morley Hayes, Breadsall Priory and Horsley Lodge, only 5 minutes away, we are in an ideal location to host parties of golfers or wedding guests. The bride or groom’s families could occupy all of the accommodation and have sole access to the b and b facilities. Ideally suited to accommodate the business community, our service can be tailored to meet your needs, with a meeting room available for up to 8 people.
