Lyndsay Guest House Lincolnshire

Located on the quiet side of Scarbrough Avenue, close to the town centre of Skegness, and with all other amenities within easy reach, the Lyndsay is one of a few Guest Houses that has been awarded Visit Britain Four Star Guest House status. We have also just been awarded Guest House of the Year by the Birmingham Telegraph.

The Guest House comprises of 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, a fully licensed bar, dining room and a welcoming resident’s T.V. lounge.

Under the watchful eye of owners Linda and Alan Jones, guests can really look forward to a warm welcome throughout their stay.

Our spacious bedrooms include our popular Four Poster Bedroom, double bedrooms and family bedrooms, designed to accommodate families of up to 3 or 4 persons. A travel cot is available on request. All our rooms can accomodate a cot. Our Four Poster room can take an extra two single beds. 

T.V. (with Freeview chanels), tea / coffee making facilities, welcome pack and hospitality tray are supplied in all of our comfortable bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided in each room and an iron and ironing board are available on request.
