The Douglas Hotel

Our boutique family run hotel is situated in the picturesque town of Langholm (Scottish Border country). Originally a coaching inn, the hotel has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and now offers en-suite accommodation and dining facilities of the highest quality.

While ensuring an elegant finish, care has been taken to maintain many of the original features of the hotel during renovations. Hotel facilities include bar, a fully licensed restaurant, dining room, 4 letting bedrooms and a south facing stone walled beer garden.

All our rooms are en-suite, fully co-ordinated and finished to a high standard. They include colour TV, courtesy tray and hair dryer. 

The old stables have been converted to provide restaurant seating for 36. Care is taken to be as organic and bio-friendly as possible.

The menu is changed regularly using locally sourced fresh seasonal produce.

The dining room provides further seating for 26 and is an ideal venue for small intimate parties.
