The Robin Hill Hotel Devon

The Robin Hill Hotel was built in 1896 and is ideally located in a central yet quiet area of Torquay and is just a brief 500-metre stroll down the hill to the town’s harbour, shops, restaurants, bars and seafront. We are rated as AA 4* guest accommodation and offer comfortable en suite bedrooms and a friendly welcome. We have space for about ten cars on the property.

We have a variety of room types but each is equipped with TV & radio, tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and hand & bath towels.

A full English breakfast or a selection of alternatives is included in the room price and is served in our dining room. We can often cater for dietary alternatives such as vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free etc. if notified in advance. A separate lounge bar & conservatory are available for guest use during the day. We make no charge for parking or Wi-Fi.

We now also offer a super king bedroom with Huge 6 ft bed both with pocket sprung mattress and a large southerly-aspect bedroom window. An array of guest amenities include a wall-mounted LCD TV, mini bar, iron, ironing board, clock radio with an MP3 docking station, large fully-tiled shower room with a range of luxury amenities, large lit-mirror, heated towel rail and plenty of space to dry in.

Small well behaved dogs are permitted in some of our rooms but not the superior or family rooms which we try to keep allergy-free.

Torbay is known as the English Riviera and with good reason. The resort enjoys some of the finest weather in England and is an area of great natural beauty. Situated within the stunning, rolling hills of South Devon, Torbay’s geology has created the beautiful coastline of today.
