Welcome to Seiners

The Seiners Arms is a family run bed & breakfast with its own restaurant and bar located on the beautiful Perranporth seafront in Cornwall.

We are perfectly situated for your golf break with seven golf courses within fourteen miles of The Seiners Arms.

We offer a warm, friendly and traditional Cornish bar environment and each day serve a locally sourced, freshly prepared menu with an emphasis on the abundant seafood caught almost on our doorstep. Our guests enjoy jaw-dropping views over Perranporth’s iconic Chapel Rock, her three mile stretch of golden sands and the mighty Atlantic ocean, which at high tide wraps the whole way around the building to provide the feeling of being completely at sea.

Accommodation

We also offer comfortable accommodation and a beautiful sea-view function room and terrace which are available for weddings, parties and private dining. Throughout the year Seiners hosts traditional Cornish music, quiz nights, movie screenings and more.

Our rooms are all seconds from the beach and most offer sea views.

All rooms are fully equipped with a television, tea and coffee making facilities and private bathrooms.

Dogs are more than welcome in some of our rooms and the 3 mile stretch of Perranporth beach is one of the most dog-friendly beaches in the UK.

Food & Drink

The Seiners Arms traditional Cornish bar offers a relaxed atmosphere, aesthetic wooden decor and plenty of seating, both in the warmth of the bar and outside on our seaview terrace

Breakfast times: 8am – 9.30am.  Lunchtime: 12-3pm.   Dinner: 6-9pm

All of our produce is sourced as locally as possible, be it from Trevathan’s butchers in Port Isaac or the fish market in Newlyn. In the spring/summer season our focus is on beautiful fresh specials straight from the sea on our doorstep, in winter we offer hearty roast dinners and winter warmers with boozy hot drinks to enjoy all year round.

NEW FOR 2023!!

This year we are launching a Brunch menu and Afternoon Tea by the sea, both served in our Rocks’ restaurant with unrivalled views of the Atlantic ocean. You will be able to book online as well as in person, with ‘Bottomless Brunch’ events to follow shortly.

Seiners Arms has a range of meeting rooms and event spaces perfect for conferences and work-shops. We provide an excellent and friendly service to accommodate your individual needs when hosting your event. There are numerous hot/cold buffet and lunch options available with tea, coffee and refreshments served throughout the day.
