The Swan Motel Suffolk

The Swan Motel, a motel, restaurant and public house situated in the village of Gillingham on the Norfolk and Suffolk border just outside the market town of Beccles. 

We are perfectly situated for your golf break with ten golf courses within twenty miles of The Swan Motel.

We have 14 fully refurbished rooms for you to choose from including our Executive Suite which is a particular favourite for when that extra special bit of luxury is wanted, complete with Victorian style bathroom with rolltop bath. It has tea and coffee making facilities, T.V and everything is just that little bit extra special.

All our other rooms have been finished to the highest of standards with all new en-suite bathrooms and include tea and coffee making facilities and T.V.

The bar has comfortable chairs and large sofas to relax in and also a pool table, a dartboard
and a jukebox with every type of music to suit everyones taste.

There is a large selection of beers, ciders, wines and spirits and soft drinks all served with a smile by our friendly staff. 

We have 2 restaurants for you to dine in. We offer food from the main menu but we also have daily specials and bar food. We also have a carvery which is available on Sundays, which currently comes already plated up due to the restrictions. We cater for everyone including vegetarians and children and also for small or large groups for that special occasion.
