Woodlands Bed & Breakfast Sutherland

Woodlands is a small, friendly, family-run B&B where we make every effort for you to enjoy your holiday break.

The secluded garden has private parking and tables and chairs for residents use. 

We are 3 minutes walk to Dornoch Cathedral, a similar stroll to the Golf Course, Woodlands is so peaceful considering its super location.

History, restaurants, bars and shops line the streets of Dornoch near your B&B.

You are only a good drive and iron away from the Royal Dornoch Golf Course ranked 16th in the world.

In addition to the Championship course the 18 hole ‘Struie’ is available along with many high Standard links in the area, we are just 9 miles from Tain Golf Club.

Woodlands B&B provides comfortably furnished centrally heated rooms.

The rooms have recently been refurbished, most rooms having a shower room en-suite. All rooms are equipped with television, hair dryer and a complimentary beverage tray and are normally ready for visitors by 3pm. Breakfast is served between 8 and 9am (although we will make every effort to meet requests for early calls).

We do ask that rooms are vacated by 10.30am on the date of departure. Woodlands has single and double room self catering options with kitchen facilities as well as en-suite facilities.

We have a self catering option in 2 of the rooms. A single or double en-suite with kitchen facilities is available.
